ReferenceUSA representatives had a blast meeting some of you during the PLA 2020 conference in Nashville.

The annual event, hosted by the Public Library Association, was an opportunity for library professionals to gather, share ideas, and learn new things. Here’s a recap of ReferenceUSA news and happenings.

Eventgoers received chocolate, water bottles, and wireless battery chargers from our booth. We also announced new anticipated features ReferenceUSA plans to launch in 2020.

This year, we plan to provide real-time data updates; female, minority, and veteran owned business designations, and lifestyle search with the ability to select multiple interests.

Lastly, ReferenceUSA staff and patron trainings were schedule for several libraries. Our existing users received hands-on training by our reps during the conference.
